Total length : 9 meter, width of rollers 1.000 mm x diam 160 mm .
Measured at the largest point (pivots), the overall width = 1600 mm.
Rolls are 500 mm out of each other (centre to centre) all rolls are driven with simplex 3/4 ‘ chain type 12 B-1
Frame in UPN 240 steel and made in such way that there is no support in the middle . that makes it convenient to transport the boards sidewise under these rollers and very its very easy to clean up under the rollers .
On top of the rollers and in the middle, a vertical steel plate helps you to separated lmeft from right . the plate had to be cut off for transport and storage. You will need to weld it back vertically with setup .
1st exit to right has 04 arms total length of 2.4 m
2nd exit to the right has 05 arms and total length of 5.3 m
3rd exit to the left is identic to the 2nd on right
Complete with motor and gearbox but without pneumatic or electric controls .
