  • Control switchboard with seat & double arm rest. Complete with airconditioned control room.

Horizontal pre-edger circular saws positioned before the carriage. With 4 x movable sawblade.

  • Wheel diameter 1600 flywheel face width 245 mm
  • Rotation : right hand turning
  • With pressure guide hydraulic moving through double cylinders for easy set off from the log on return of carriage .  
  • With driven chain – bed at foot of the carriage to take away small pieces of wood
  • With debarking saw to cut through the bark and save the bandsaw model DVA
  • Main motor estimated at 100 HP (unaccessible to read out correctly)

Rollers for reception of cut boards.  

-          Built on rails and sliding +/- 3 m  along with th ecarriage when cutting . In this construction, one can hold the boards during cutting operation and lay down when passed through the headrig.

o   Equipped with 2 pneumatic rollers to hold the boards + 2 x vacuum plates which will help to lay down the boards without possible harm of damaging the woods.

o   Rolls diameter 220 x width 1750 mm all driven  

o   Strong chassis .

Train of rollers for evacuation of cut board (1st part)

-          Diameter of rolls : 220 x width 750 mm.

-          Centredistance distance of rolls : 750 mm

-          12  x driven rolls for an estimated length of  9.000 mm .

With automatic function for re-composition of cut logs. It takes only 1 operator to put the stickers and strap the stacks .

Recomposed logs are than driven out of the sawmill with a very long train of rollers .
