One can see by looking at the anti kick back fingers and the condition of the chain that this machine has been standing more than it has been working.
COSMEC is the only constructor not to use belts for power transmission and has a gearbox between motor and shaft. Wonderfull machines. I usually buy the COSMECS with my eyes closed and I have sold many off them but so far no parts needed.
