Infeed table :
- Connected to the feed unit of the machine which allows an absolute synchronisation with the feed speed off the track feeding the woods through the saws.
- # 05 smooth and driven rolls positioned under +/- 10° angle and which will push your woods against the guide at entrance .
- # 02 rolls with teeth and positioned under 90° angle to the feeding direction of the wood.
- # 02 smooth rolls clamping the wood when entering the saws . . with pneumatic holding down force.
In between both toothed rolls, a flap is positioned and connected to an electric switch. When this flap feels wood on top, it will hold the separation arm in down position . Following blocks of wood to be cut can not touch eachother .
As soon as the flap is released, the separation arm is raised to allow the next one to come to the multirip saw .
This feature is very much appreciated by customer who want to make an automatic stacking and/or for cutting very short woods. One can easily change the required distance between blocks.
